After month's of searching my little sister finally bought herself a home. She is extremely excited to become a first time homeowner and we are all very proud of her. Here are a couple of pictures of the new place. She just closed on Friday and has spent the weekend cleaning and painting. She won't officially move in for a couple of more weeks once she has everything set up and ready. At that time, I am sure we will have more pictures to post. In the meantime here are a few.

She will be getting a new roof next week and having a couple of trees cut down and replaced this summer.
