Yummy Chicken Salad

We have become addicted to a tasty chicken salad around here that many of our guests have enjoyed as well. I cannot take credit for the recipe as I received it from a friend years ago, but I thought it might be worth sharing in case any of you were looking for something different to make over the summer.

-1 pound of cooked, diced, white chicken meat (I buy the pre-cooked, pre-diced bag from Schwans when I want to save some time.)
- 3 Tablespoons of Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
- 4 green onions, diced
- 3 stalks of celery, diced
- 2 cups of red grapes, chopped in half (if you don't like red grapes you can leave them out or you can substitute with cherries or craisins)
- 1 cup mayonnaise / miracle whip

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and keep refrigerated.
Tastes great on croissants, kaiser rolls, or regular bread.

Enjoy!
